  Poor management. No hope for a raise. Terrible working equipment. Worked here for a year and never seen a chance of growth. Mostly out of town work. Last minute notifications for contract. Lazy bosses and alot of miscommunication from all leadership. Alot of gossip. Favoritism from boss and some employees. Hard labor with barely any breaks. Slavery work. Racist Company. Need I say more?
